1. How can I get samples?
We can offer free samples if the total value is less than USD10.00, freight collected through your UPS,FedEx account. For samples more than USD10.00, the sample charges and postage will be at your expense, and the samples will be sent out upon receipt of your payment.
2. How can I get your best quotation?
Please send us email or fax, with your company contact information, for our prompt details.
3. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order via email or fax, and we will send Proforma invoice to you. Please provide the following information while placing an order:
* B/L consignee/ notify info.
* Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong )
* Destination port, shipment time and method ( by courier /air /sea )
4. What's your usual payment term for orders?
Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation, payment by credit card is not acceptable.
5. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, usually sent by air to the airport near you.
For large quantity or volume, usually by sea.
Of course, The delivery way depends on your choice.
6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
7. Do you accept OEM projects?
Yes, OEM projects are welcome. Customer's logo printing is available. You please offer the artwork via email in JPEG format.
